GMI’s special reports possess an elite readership around the world because of its partnerships those publications.

Featuring commentary on the important global issues written by eminent statesmen and well-known commentators, Foreign Affairs is delivered to the White House, U.S. Congress, and all corporate and individual members of the CFR. It was first printed by the independent and non-partisan New York-based think tank Council on Foreign Relations in 1922.

Philippe Le Saux - Senior Director, International Projects

Philippe has traveled across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and North America for GMI. Over the years, Philippe has covered economies as diverse as Taiwan, Canada, Colombia, Panama, and Malaysia, among many others. He has worked closely with government and economic development officials, as well as with the chief executives of some of the world’s largest companies, such as Panasonic, Omron, Mazda, Fujitsu, Nitto Tires, Sony, Sarawak Energy, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).

Elizabeth Arcega - Head of Business Development

Elizabeth has traversed the United States and travelled around Asia meeting with government officials and business leaders to produce country reports for the Japan Times and Foreign Affairs.

Since joining Global Media, Inc., she has played a valuable role in the production of our business reports on the U.S East Coast, U.S. Midwest, the Southern United States, Taiwan, Thailand, the Southwestern United States and Japan.


A Hong Kong national, Ysah was born and raised in the Philippines. Ysah spent her first couple of years in GMI traveling across Asia, leading projects in Singapore and South Korea. However, she spent most of her early years in the job in Japan for a three-part series on the country.

Now, she uses her knowledge on Japan in the other side of the world, as she covers Ireland and now the US for The Japan Times.


With his multicultural background and upbringing, Mikel easily adapts to every place he has lived and worked in. A longtime resident of the United States, Mikel brings to GMI his management skills, particularly in business retention, employee development and marketing.

Since joining GMI, he has helped put together the reports on Southern California, Northwest USA and Kazakhstan.


Kristine is a global citizen with European and Asian roots. Born in Jakarta, raised in Manila and a resident of Australia, Kristine has always had an eagerness to explore different cultures and people. With experience across various industries, she brings to GMI extensive experience in teaching, research, marketing, and public speaking.

On her first project with GMI, Kristine has helped put together a report on Singapore, which was published in Foreign Affairs in November 2017. Since the, she has contriuted to GMI's Germany reports for Forbes Asia.


A Canadian citizen raised in the Philippines, Kenzie is a neophyte traveler eager to learn more about different places and cultures. She has a background in business development, finance, and renewable energy, and has high interest in emerging technologies and video games.

Kicking off her stint in GMI in Vietnam, Kenzie made valuable contributions in putting together the reports on those dymanic Asian countries and their eagerness to form collaborations around the world. Since then, Kenzie was sent to Ireland to produce the special report on the country with the Japan Times.


As an American citizen with roots in both Vietnam and Switzerland, Nhi has also gained international experience and multicultural acumen throughout her travels to more than 27 countries. Nhi brings with her a wealth of knowledge and diverse business acumen with her background in start-up management, business strategy, digital brand marketing and the hospitality industry. 

 Nhi will be starting off her journey in GMI with the Special Business Report on Malaysia.


Denise is a Filipino-American who was born in the Philippines and grew up in Southern California. With a third culture mentality due to the amalgamation of these two cultures, she is an open-minded individual who is keen to understand more about the world and its people. Denise’s experience revolves around marketing, entrepreneurship, and communications technology management. She also dabbles in the field of media relations and production during her pastime. 

Denise is currently starting her first GMI project with the upcoming Southeast USA business report.
